If the listing is taken before the boost runs out you may apply the boosting to a new listing. The boost will be valid until the boosting allotted time runs out. So, if a listing has been fulfilled the best approach is to immediately apply it to another listing.

Boosting is alway applied to the listing weather you have an active subscription or not.

No, we inspect all photos. We recommend uploading photos of yourself or the residence you are listing. Any other photos or images will be rejected. If it is a profile image that was removed your account will be put on hold or hidden until you upload a new image. Duplicate photos will also be removed.
